Careloom is dedicated to maintaining and deepening long term relationships for seniors and their loved ones.
There is no substitute for family and long term friends. These are the people that define us and have supported us throughout our lives. And yet, as we get older and technology shifts the way we communicate maintaining these relationships gets harder just when we need them most. Careloom can help.
Assessment
Every family’s needs are unique. Complete a brief assessment of your current situation, time constraints, and goals and Careloom will create a custom Family Plan to connect more deeply and/or prepare for the future including conversation guides, action plans, resources and timing.
